The Trump Campaign Violated a Cease and Desist Letter from the Prince Estate at a Minneapolis Campaign Event Last Week

From relatively small crimes such as copyright or intellectual property law infringement to large crimes such as violating the United States Constitution, Trump has done them both. In October of last year, the Prince Estate requested that the Trump Campaign “cease all use” of Prince’s songs after Trump used them on pre-Election Day rallies. On October 15, 2018 The Prince Estate received a response from Trump’s Campaign that noted they would not play any of Prince’s music in connections with its activities going forward.

On June 4, dozens of supporters of the resolution came to the city council meeting and testified to the benefits of using entheogenic plants in order to treat their depression, addiction, PTSD, or other issues that continue to go unresolved with traditional treatment. Some psychiatrists were there to note that the resolution would allow them to use these plants in their practice, which has been and continues to be a growing and promising trend in the profession.

Support for Sanders is Under-represented by the Mainstream Media

In an ideal world, determinations of political front-runners would be made based on an aggregate of these different metrics. If we relied solely on polling numbers to determine the front-runners of the Democratic Presidential Primary, it would seem that Warren comes out on top or perhaps Biden. However, that is exactly the narrative that they want you to buy into. It benefits them and their stock-holders if Sanders and his grassroots political revolution are constantly under-represented, invalidated, or discredited by the media. Keep in mind Biden was leading in many polls prior to the whistle-blower coming forward regarding Trump’s dealings with Ukraine and Trump’s subsequent backlash at Biden. Even still, these numbers fluctuate from poll to poll, state to state, and day to day.

Appeals Court Rejects Trump’s Appeal of House Oversight Committee’s Subpoena of his Financial Records

On October 11, 2019 a federal appeals court rejected Trump’s appeal of the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena for his financial records. Although this is a win for Americans who value transparency in government, I fear that this is an issue that will not be resolved with this decision. We have to remember that throughout the end of President Obama’s second term in office, Republicans vehemently stone-walled even the idea of Obama nominating a new Supreme Court Justice to fill the place of the late Justice Scalia.

Unfortunately, it seems that black market products containing THC, a psychoactive chemical found in the cannabis plant, are the source of many cases.
